Our restaurant, located outside the entrance gate on a busy road, began as a business venture to sell excess tilapia from the fish farm. Over time, it has evolved into a busy restaurant selling up to 500 meals to the local community. Each day, our cooks prepare and sell hot plates of rice and beans, grilled tilapia, and fresh vegetables accompanied with fresh bread from our bakery. Our eggs are now also incorporated into the menu, and are sold as take-out items along with raw fish and fresh bread. We recently obtained our first catering contract for $10,000 and plan to expand this service of the restaurant business.
The restaurant is currently being remodeled and upgraded to include more professional kitchen equipment, seating for thirty people, and a rest room.
